We are coming back at the night of Research in 2022 on the 10th of September!
This is the official webpage of the bone bar project, which was presented at the Night of Research 2017.
Over 9,000 visitors were recorded on the 16th of September at the night of research. The TOM group of the Institute for Surgical Technology and Biomechanics together with the Spine Surgeons and the the team of the department of Traumatology and Orthopeadics of the Insel University Hospital, the bone biology group, and the rheumatology group ran the “bone” bar for the first time. The bar was a big success, selling two of the number one tasty beers of a trendy bar in “Breitsch”. This project not only was a big success but also joined forces of all the smaller fragmented groups at the University of Bern that perform research on the muskuloskeletal system, i.e. that perform "bone and joint research".
After the first success of this project, it is planned to come back in 2021! Due to COVID19 Pandemia we will come back one year later! Be patient!
